[Gaim-encryption-devel] Upcoming release

There are some changes to the UI that I'd like to get out in a release,
so I'm declaring a feature freeze.  No more updates to translation
strings before the next release, I promise.

Speaking of which, 6 strings did get changed/added, so updated .po files
would be welcomed.  I'll be out for the next week, though, so there's no
big rush on those.

Feel free to test the current CVS, especially the preferences dialogs.

Davy: it looks like only Takeshi, Giacomo, Karim, and Martin are on this
list, so I'll let you bug the others for updates.
