#9 encrypted keystore

mentioned in the forums previosuly:

the keystore should really be encrypted with a
passphrase. Both for the case of networked disks, and
in the case of paranois over computer theft or compromise.

would require a popup dialog at login or activiation of
the plugin to get the passphrase so the keystore can be
opened. Optionally the passphrase could expire, or
better, be automaticlaly cleared when the user's
presence indicates that they are away.
