#42 annoying multiple dialog windows on key changed

If someone that has changed its gaim encryption key try to send me an encrypted message and I doesn't fastly accept the dialog window that appears (and report the key changed situation) another equal window appers, then another too and so on.
Why don't you limit this kind of window to one per buddy for example? If a window of this kind is already open I simply wait for user choice without reopening a new window.
