PhoneGaim is Linspire's (a.k.a. Lindows) fork of Gaim that
adds VoIP (Voice over IP) or SIP (Session Initiation
Protocol) support to establishing simple two-way
telephone calls over the Internet (for free!) and is fully
compatible with SIPphone (and other hardware VoIP
phones).

plugin port for PhoneGaim Linux/Linspire and Windows
versions.
