We are running gaim-2.0.0beta6.exe with gaim-encryption-3.0beta8.exe.
Our network uses a Microsoft ISA 2006 device as a proxy.
We have been unable to successfuly configure Gaim to work through the proxy.
What is the right way to configure it?
We have done the following:
Tools > Preferences >Networks
In the Proxy server section we have tried multiple combinations of settings including entering the FQDN and ip to the proxy as http, socks4, socks5, with and without the username and domain\username and the password.
What are we missing?

I don't think that the proxy settings have anything to do with the Gaim-Encryption plugin- you should probably try the folks at the Pidgin (formerly Gaim) project site. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience using proxies with Gaim, so I'm no help...
