Whenever I activate the plugin I get a bunch of error messages (two for each account for some reason) saying "Error (2) changing access mode for file: id Cannot
According to this:
Pidgin doesn't look for id.priv in .purple but in .gaim directory. So it complains it cannot change the permissions.
I have verified that the configuration box of the plugin points to the correct directory (i.e. .purple)
This is running pidgin 2.1 from portableapps.com in Windows XP.
I created a ticket in the pidgin portable encryption plugin project: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=780537&aid=1773484&group_id=151265
and they claim it's a bug in the plugin itself and not their packaging.
