#101 Last encryption state should be remembered per-buddy

This is just a suggestion for enhancement.

It would be very nice if the last outgoing encryption state was
remembered per-buddy. So when I open a new window to that user, it
starts with the encryption on if it was on last time I spoke to them.

Obviously the default should still be disabled so you don't start
requesting keys from new contacts who don't have the plugin.

Try the "Auto-Encrypt" option: right-click on your buddy's
name in the Buddy list. I think it does largely what you
want. It isn't as automatic, but I suspect that some users
would not want the plugin to auto-remember the state, so the
more manual control can be a good thing.

Thanks, that's great. I don't know if it's just me, but I
didn't expect a plugin to add an option there.

Some kind of alert when the plugin's first used, such as a
pop up window, letting you know that the auto-encrypt
facility is there, would benefit greatly.
