This patch gives the users the option of deciding if they want to change the false positive/negative balance. Defaulting to off, they can choose to always allow all users without numbers in their username, reducing the rate of false negatives, but increasing the rate of false positives. Since we all face different types of spim, this allows us to be more customized in terms of what risks we are willing to accept, while still accepting messages from the general public. Kudos on creating such a useful Pidgin plugin.
