PicViewer / News: Recent posts

Per special request, this project has been re-opened, updated, and a feature added: it now is immediately aware of any directory changes (new files, files deleted, etc.) and refreshes the list of images on the fly.

Due to the picture viewing feature in Windows XP, this project has ceased development.
