#5 same name upload picture file bug

If upload a file with a the same name as a file in the
album,
struts changes the name of the file (or rcserv does) to
~01.
Then, the thumbnailed cannot find the file.

Works for zip files though:

Not sure if this might have already been fixed.

I uploaded a single picture with the same name as a photo
already in the album and it worked fine. So might be fixed.
