#42 Fix WIFI
Start from scratch and avoid using any standard piCore wifi tools such as wifi.sh, wifi.db etc.
Features required:
- No plain text passwords
- Hidden networks - I know using hidden SSID is a waste of time, but people ask for it all the time.
- Static IPs fow wifi adpators.
I had most of this working a year ago but didn't want to introduce such a major change.

I add my stone here because with the provided wifi management, i can't connect to my wifi. The reason is that my wifi use a '&' in it name, and the script wifi.sh can't deal with that.
i can't login on the tinycorelinux forum so i can't ask them to fix it on the next release.
