Progress on all fronts

Well - nearly

Admin of templates can now be regarded pretty much as complete. Ini fact - the template admin templates are now being used to generate the folder admin templates - seems pretty stable.

Folders - you can now navigate up and down, in and out - and can set some details (Name and webname). Delete will come next - and then move.

Images will come after folders - I need to have folders in place to have images in :-)

NB: This is not a usable programme - there is no public face to it - only the admin stuff is in place - for now - stick with 0.9.x - I hope that the public side (at least folder navigation, and folder text, intro text etc) will start to appear soon - this will be after folders is complete.
