Last stable version is 0.9.1 

Development on this branch will halt for now - I may well end up
calling this 1.0

Reason is that the underlying database is not flexible enough, and the
template engine will completely change.

Admin will also change - and will (I think) become much easier to use.

This may take time - but progress can be followed in CVS branch with
the branch tag DEV_BRANCH - when complete (or at least nearing
completion), it will be merged back into the main trunk.

Upgrading from 0.9.1 to this new version will unfortunatly be manual,
but I will be providing detailed instructions.
