Open-source resources for checking video-to-image exports: a synthetic H.264 test clip, twelve actual saved images, CSV/JSON measurements, a screenshot verification checklist, a timestamp planner and a PNG pixel comparator.

Upstream source: https://github.com/Ricardo-pluto/pickvideoframe-resources

The data records three moments on one documented Windows/Chrome setup. Pixel differences are relative measurements, not an absolute color-accuracy ranking or a general performance benchmark. HDR and physical-phone behavior were not tested.

The tools require Node.js 20 or newer and no npm dependencies; the PNG comparator additionally requires FFmpeg. Code and checklist: MIT. Original generated test data: CC0 1.0. See the included README for reproduction steps and scope. The companion website is separate from this open-source resource package.
