#25 Minor Problem with Jdom

Jdom calles up
Piccolo.setProperty("http://xml.org/sax/handlers/LexicalHandler", ...).

You will not see the SAXNotRecognizedException since Jdom
catches the exception and tries to construct a parser in a
different way.

Google finds this term on hundeds of pages, but not on
saxproject.org.
