When parsing larger files it appears that the Locator
line number can gain a line every so often. I've
enclosed a junit test which creates an XML string
containing many identical records and then parses
it. The test shows that in the duration of the parse
we get an extra increment. Increasing the byte
count of each record decreases the number of
records that have to be processed before this
behavior is displayed.

This behavior is fully repeatable and occurs on 1.02
and 1.03 of the parser.
