#21 Bitmaps

Hi, the tool is great, but there are some features that
are missing and it is unusable in some situations.

1. I can't make BITMAPCOLOR resources. There are
only BITMAP and BITMAPGREY. BITMAPCOLOR
needs an option for TRANSPARENTINDEX as well.

2. When I add a bitmap file ( I click right button,
choose "add", choose "bitmap" -> e.x. "test.bmp")
piBuilder renames it! The first is "Bitmap1",
second "Bitmap2" and so on. Could you please keep
the original names (i.e. test.bmp to be "test" instead
of "Bitmap1")

3. I can only add one file at the same time. It would
be very very good if I can select many files and add
them at the same time.
