#19 Indepent section added to the rcp file

I think it would be useful to have a section that
would be directly inserted in the resulting rcp file
and that the program should not take care of the
contents.

This would allow to include resources not yet
supported by the program, like the CATEGORIES resource.

Surronding this section with some mark would allow the
program to reload it (for example).
