#10 how can we get message from the real bussiness enviroment

hi,we can see"To enable message exchanges to be reported to the Service Monitor, the monitor's interface provides the means to create a message that encapsulates the relevant details. Once created, this message can then be dispatched to the monitor for comparison against the registered service descriptions and active sessions" in the "Reporting Message Exchanges to the Monitor " part,but i'm confused how can we achieve the message exchanges between the real bussiness environment .does anyone here know the answer to this question, thank you for you help.
