#185 Testing state assertions during simulation

Recording and asserting state can now be represented within a scenario. However to be more useful, we need to be able to test the assertion against the state of a participant during simulation.

This may be complicated if the state being tested relates to a sub-session - the variable name field may need to be fully qualified, to identify the specific sub-session.

Runtime support may need to be added to the monitor, to enable this level of interrogation into the internal state of sessions. Ideally this should not be normally visible.
