Hello, please help me with the following questions.

What do I need to do to establish a Web Server for a private school of
about 1,000 students?

We have a Web site, but we are thinking of hosting the site on campus.

1. How do I register my hosted site on the Web?

2. I some how need a static address, right? How do I get this?

3. What speed of computer would be necessary for me to get started?

4. What phone line connection would be necessary for us?

5. What would I need other than what I currently have and pi3?
