Here is a modified script (px_control.ms) for creating keyframes for Rigid Bodies, Cloth, Tearable Cloth, Metal Cloth, ...
Instalation:
(This script is for PhysX plugin for 3ds max 1.0.5 but may work in other versions)
Go to your 3ds max/scripts/physx folder and rename the old px_control.ms to something else (for backup). now place my script in this folder.
To use it:
Start your 3ds max or if is started then go to utility panel and press close (to close the loaded physx script) then click MaxScript -> Run Script and choise px_main.ms from ./scripts/physx/ folder (You need to do it just once)
Setup your simulation as usual. When you are ready backup your scene and check the checkbox Create Keys that is placed near to Step button. Now select all the object that you want to create keyframes. Set the number of frames which you want to simulate in the box near the Step button and press Step.
Now all objects are keyframed.
Note: For tearable cloth will be created new meshes that will be automatically grouped this can be a little slow and may crash if you don't have enough memory.

I want to add a reduce key function but don't have time right now.
Maybe late.
No comments? No bugs? hmm
It works good. I did not find any issues. Thank you.
I guess, not a lot of people use the plugin because it useless without your modification.
I hope nvidia will fix it in the new version.
Sendspace deleted the script, could you reupload it somewhere?
Thanks!

There is a new version of the plug-in 2.01 that doesn't support cloth for now. I am looking forward for a coming release Apex Cloth.
