#7 Incorrect limits for cloth Collision Response Coef

This is in the clothproperties max script:

spinner clp_collisionResponseCoef "Collision Resp" range:[1, 100, 0.2]

The valid range for the collision response coefficient is [0, inf). So the spinner should be adjusted appropriately.
