#68 Error in RECEIVE function

Dears, pls help me understand what is the "error code
10054 in function Receive; it also says the connection
was reset by peer" that happens in the Phoenix Mail
when retrieving new incoming e-mails. Somehow it seems
that Any idea on how to solve it? I apprecidate any
