No

When going to add event, then External then picking Meeting Room A the event information is repeated 4 times (so 4 event names, for date names, 4 event descritpions...you get the idea)

Please check out 66.211.0.163 to see. Some stuff doesn't work because we don't have a DNS entry yet (so people won't stumble across it) but you can see the repeated fields.

Any ideas?

Yeah I see that, definitely weird. I can't check the admin settings for fields without an account, but if you want to create an account for me and email me the details I'd be happy to take a look at it. kevin(at)kevinhatch.com is preferred for that. I'll be doing more development on it later this week, and I'll try to reproduce your form on my test server then.

Ok, I've looked through your settings and everything seems to be in order.
I did update the Backend > General Settings > Base URL to use your IP so
the general browsing around works for you. Your URL can easily be put in
there once it works to get the app to also use it on the links.

Now about the multiple fields. I've found the same multiple entries in
other places too, and always the same amount. That can only be caused by
running the install script multiple times on the same tables. The easiest
fix is to clear all the tables (or simply drop them), and then run the
install again once to get a clean, single copy of the data in the tables.

I cleared everything out and it seems to only have one instance. Of course now I have to recreate all the rooms! :)

    Thanks for looking into it.
