on win32 with php4.3.4 as apache2-module i get the
following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare file_get_contents() in
D:\HTML\phrozen\index.php on line 74

as it seems this is an php-error - i just replaced every
"file_get_contents" with "file_get_contents_".
