Peter, You've stumbled onto the problem I am currently trying to fix. :) I've been out of the country on vacation the past few weeks and am now back at work. I have invited Jason and Alex as project developers. Hopefully, this will help remove the bottleneck (me) in getting the project into a higher gear. I'd also like to invite others who are interested in developing on the Phrame project to become project developers. I'd also like to hear from web designers for the Phrame website, editors for documentation, etc. I've said from the beginning that I'd like Phrame to be community driven. If you are interested please contact me!
