#4 code folding

we all know what this does. user is able to fold different parts of 'foldable' code, such as functions, methods, classes, comment blocks, conditional and cycle blocks etc. maybe it looks as there are no advanced options for this but i saw IDEs where you could fold stuff to a certain level of code and the rest remained unfolded, etc. this really needs a proper discussion if we assign it as the major feature.

scintilla has a native support for code folding and it enables for example to change the way the folding markers looks, but that's about it.
