#8 show all variables

it would be great if a page/class showed all variables
defined in it.

even better if it showed variables that are NOT used.
since PHP makes it easy to create variables on the fly,
sometimes developers create one and forget about it
later.

Perhaps a tally of how many times the variable is
referenced in the page (therefore, a variable with a
counter of 1 probably means it's not used)
