For a number of reasons, not all of which I understand, I've not been =

Hopefully the situation is fixed now, and I'll return to being =
responsive to mails from this list :o)  If you have posed a question =
since July, and either didn't get an answer, or didn't get a =
satisfactory answer, feel free to re-post.
