Php.XPath 3.4 released!!

A bug fix release with a couple of new XPath functions permitting case
insensitive matching, and generate-id() for creating table of contents.

As always, any bug reports are gratefully appreciated, and if you don't
report it, then there's a very high chance that it'll never get fixed :o)
