[phpXML] empty XML causes error.

[<ti...@di...>]

I have an xml document that looks like this..
<?xml version="1.0"?> <RESULTS COUNT="0"/>

When I use the load from string function it causes an error message not 
allowing me to get at the count=0 part.  Isn't that a valid XML structure?
