[phpxmlrpc-devel] steam timeout

hello

i'm still working on project using phpxmlrpc.

i'm retrieving very large data via xmlrpc, and there is problem with socket 
timeout(default 60).

of course, it's possible to change option in php.ini, but it isn't always desired.

so i think there is need to set socketstream timeout independent of set connection timeout.

i'm sending appropriate patch
