This Class for PHP controls xHTML strict documents, creation, and validation
The idea is to made things easy and small, avoid errors or mistypes, helps with IDs / forms/ and tags.
The point is to focus on PHP and forget if we close a tag, forgot to set a special required attribute or if we wrote the header correctly, the class take care of that
