#3 Cannot redeclare class domparser

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class domparser in
path/to/script/dtd/include/parser/DOMParser.php on line
16

It's doing this, straight out of the tar file? I have checked
all the includes, and I don't see where it could be
including another class called DOMParser. I even tried
to change the require to an include_once but it didnt
help.
