I'm not much of a php coder, but I would really like to have a better links section.
On one of my sites I'm using phplinks (http://www.phplinks.org)which is so much better than the one included in phpwebsite. It has evaluation systems for the user, multiple hierarchial levels etc.
So if someone would make a nice mod of it?

phplinks at http://www.phplinks.org looks a lot like the major portals such as Yahoo! or AltaVista, which could make a site look really proffesional, if you have a lot of links to list. For those of us with less to share, it might end up looking a bit silly.
For my site I wanted a major-portal-class internet search and links system, since we don't have a lot of links to support. I use Showinmain to link to http://dmoz.org, which is an impressively big open-source & volunteer supported "open directory project."

I modified weblinks module for my site. I like higher density when it comes to links.
