If there was a web base php powered (or not) page we can go to, it'll be a form of some sort, asking us what would you like your borders to be, what will be the main image file, where is it located, what should be the size of the left col in the "big table", what will be the color/image of/for the background, what will be the color of the boxes, etc
...and generate all the files and code we need to build a theme...just a thought...
