Help Database in phpws. How?

Hi there

I trying to sort out the help database which is in some part of phpws system.
Example:
WebLink [Help]

Now, clicking on Help a small nice window opens without anything..
my question:

How can I put info into the database help?

I have noticed that every using phpws has not this option working (no details). ANY REASON for it?

  You might wish to post this question to the forums on the Core site ( http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu ) as it is core functionality rather than a module and I unfortunately don't have the knowledge to help you :-(
