When clicking on the "install" link, I get the following error:
MySQL says: Error number - 1146 Table 'phpwebsite.modules' doesn't exist
Any suggestions?

either you are using a very old version of phpws or the quotes module does not support $table_prefix (and you are using the prefix in your install)
