  Hmm... first off, your url is http://www.footprints-online.com/Bible_Index.php (one too many o's).
  
  I would suggest you look at the plugin developers documentation at http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=8200&group_id=33782 or you could try running it using showinmain (sorry, don't have the url handy) or even as a block.
