There was a MOD some time ago about Trouble tickets. I spoke to the author and he said that he could not provide it anymore because of some copyright thing, but it was not illegal to use it if I got it from somebody else.
Do you have this MOD? Or do you know of a php/mysql trouble ticket system that can easy be adapted into phpwebsite?

I am developing a Bug/Issue/Request phpws mod which should be done my mid March. It can be used with 0.8x. It's basic to start out, but shows potential. The framework is done, but there are still tweeks left to fix.
I'll submit it to the core and plug-in sites when completed.
