I'm sorry but I have no idea what is causing this,
other then I was adding and deleting menus. I've had
this occur in two sparate areas, one on my page menu,
and two while in the help system.

It seems to occur more often using mozilla, (though
that might just be chance).

Sorry if I'm in the wrong project, (it's hard to know).

According to me it has to be a php setting. At first, I used
the php.ini-recommended and scrambled them a bit. But some
didn't go wel. After changing the php.ini file to the php.ini-dist
and the scrambling all went well.
