#18 Forum; moderator delete not functioning

If a user who is not an admin has been assigned
moderator privs for a forum, they will get the "delete"
and "edit" options when viewing a post in their forum.
They can edit posts, but can not delete them. Clicking
delete while viewing the post results in receiving a
page with no content (template is there, just no
content). Return to the forum, the post remains. Log in
as a admin, you can delete posts via the same sequence
of menus.
