I am unable to upload any files because of this error. I have created all the directories and chmod 777 them all. Images, Uploads, Media>Thumbnails. The install went fine and I still cannot get it to work. Thank You

Be sure that safe mode isn't enabled and that there are no open_basedir restrictions because the gallery isn't compatible with these. Ask your web host if your are uncertain.
