1.) Perhaps you can use 0.9.3-3 or 0.9.3-4.
2.) Perhaps you could modifiy the code if somethings only install under 0.9.x. Change the code to ignore any version test.
3.) You have not posted the version numbers of the other software that you are using. :-( It could be that you are using an incompatible database or php version. The combination may work for other modules but fail on this module.
4.) Check the bug database. Create a new bug with detailed information, if you do not find a bug.
This module requires a phpWebSite core version of 0.9.3-3 or greater to install.
