I'm using phpws v.0.10.0...I ried installing & it said I needed a version of phpws greater than 0.9.3-3 ...Is this v.0.10.0 compatible?

  Yes it is. I am currently working on the next release of phpwsdirectory. I will give you a workaround to the current version shortly.
