Initial Comment:
I'd like to use this module for an alumni site but it's got to allow 
searching by fields such as: year of graduation, geographic 
locations (city/state/zip?), major/department/college, discipline 
(this is an art school and it'd be good to know what someone's 
"title" was (eg: painter) even if they graduated from "sculpture").
