[phpwscommerce-devel] Module File Layout and Manager.php

Hello everyone.

I just put together some ideas in SVN and the Dev Wiki for the
development of this module. I've been chatting with Matt a bit on best
ways for us to migrate to Fallout and have shown some of those methods
here. I want you guys to look over Manager.php and think about an AJAX
enabled List Object. Something like pagerdb on steroids. :) Anyhow, feel
free to be critical of what I've done. I think I explain my reasoning on
the wiki fairly well. You can add comments to the doc, or ask in
#phpwscommerce on freenode.
