phpwsBB 0.4.0 Released

phpwsBB is a native bulletin board module for the phpWebSite content manage system, version 0.9.2 or later.

This release has a number of small feature additions. Most notable is the ability to block anonymous surfers from posting and/or viewing the bulletin board. See ChangLog for others.
