Summary: Punishing Unruly Users
Initial Comment:
Other than banning by username or IP, is there
any other way to punish site rule violators. Such as,
removing their right to post or limiting their posting (x
number of posts per day or topic). Possibly even a setting
that make a user's posts need approval.
